You access and use the Services entirely at your own risk. All outputs, recommendations, examples, and information are provided without any guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or suitability.

9. No Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind — express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

We do not warrant that:

the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free;
any defects will be corrected;
results obtained from the Services will be reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibe Build Lab LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business performance.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to:

the amount paid for the specific product or subscription giving rise to the claim; or
one hundred (100) U.S. dollars — whichever is less.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibe Build Lab LLC from any claims arising out of:

your use or misuse of the Services;

your violation of any law or third-party rights.
